When do you operate?

We operate Monday to Saturday from 7:00am to 8:00pm.

Do you have a shop where I can drop the items myself?

We do have a shop where items can be dropped, however you still need to book with us, as we focus on collection and delivery service for private and corporate customers.

What service does EasyStich provide ?

We provide different services.
Alterations: We enjoy working with you to make your garment fit perfectly from simple alterations to complete restyling.
Repairs: From small hole to relining, we do everything to make your garment to look just as good as the first day.

Made to measure service: Replicate this lovely dress or let’s star from scratch we can help your design become a reality.
Dry cleaning & ironed laundry: Coming soon.

Do You work with wedding dresses?

We are able to help you with that! Just get in touch with our team by email, whatsapp or live chat.
Wedding dresses are extremely delicate, the price will vary depending on size, fabric and complexity.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major cards. 

Is buying alteration service On-line safe?

Yes, we provide satisfaction guarantee in the improbable case you are not happy with our work, please we in touch as soon as possible and will red the work free of charge.

Is Buying alteration service On-Line Safe?

Yes, read about paypal payment security here. However, if you are still uncomfortable providing your credit card information over the internet – no problem. Simply submit your request via email without any payment information to info@easy-stitch.com, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?
  • You can either add items to your basket or you can proceed with an empty order
  • You will be asked for your full address, please write in notes what time are you available for collection.
  • Once confirmed, you will be taken to the payment page, whereby you will need to input your card details (Please Note, you will need to type in your postcode that the card is registered to complete security)
  • Our team will contact you to confirm time slot.
  • You will then just need to sit back and relax until we collect and deliver.
Do I need an account to place an order?

No, we are always online all the information required can be taken by one of our seamstress using our chat, calling us or even on whatsapp! We are here to make your life easier so let’s try to do it. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
